Civil Engineer in Biotechnology from the University of Chile and a candidate for an M.Sc. in Engineering Sciences, majoring in Chemical Engineering. Antonia has experience in R&D projects focused on enzyme development for waste valorization and the generation of high-value products. At Salmoss, she serves as Head of Production and collaborates with the R&D team.
